CEO / DIRECTOR, ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

Football has taken JaCoby Stevens from Oakland High School to the highest levels of the sport — and back home to build the next generation of Middle Tennessee athletes.

He played at LSU, competing in the SEC and earning a spot on the 2019 National Championship team, before being drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2021 NFL Draft and spending two seasons in the league.

When his playing career ended, he moved into coaching at the college level:
three seasons at LSU and one at MTSU.

That path shapes how he coaches. For JaCoby, real development goes far beyond drills and weight training. It's learning to move efficiently, taking care of your body, building discipline, and developing the mindset to compete and improve every single day.

Off the field, his life centers on his family. He and his wife met at LSU and have been married for three years, and together they have two children, Jordan and Mya.
